On Saturday (01/31/2026) ICE Agents pursued, surrounded and detained, with guns drawn, a U.S. citizen in St. Peter, Minnesota who had been observing and filming them.  After pulling her from her car, violently pinning her to the ground, and handcuffing her, she was taken to an ICE facility.  She managed to phone her husband before being abducted, he phoned the St. Peter Chief of Police, and the Chief of Police was able to retrieve her from federal custody.  ICE/DHS has filed no charges against her, indicating she was not doing anything illegal.
